We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at HIMMATPURA LOGISTICS INC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be part of a two-person team or convoy, overseeing the condition of the vehicle and inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.

You will operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, load and unload goods, and operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, including driver logbooks and documentation of cargo.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience driving large vehicles (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong focus on safety and security
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
