Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 310T Truck Shop Mechanic to join our team at The Erb Group of Companies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our refrigerated transportation fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain all Erb Group trucks, trailers, and reefers
  • Use computer systems to enter work orders and understand vehicle reports
  • Ability to road test vehicles and document repairs on work orders
  • Ensure all parts are marked in on a daily basis and communicate with operations and supervisory staff on availability of equipment
  • Prioritize jobs and work safely on all equipment
  • Follow shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Certified Class 310T Mechanic license
  • Must have own tools in good working order
  • Valid Class G driver's license
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with computers to update and log work orders
