We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide temporary care at a Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in Ladysmith, British Columbia.
**Job Overview:**
This is a casual position with the potential for a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care to residents.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 per hour. Additional benefits include overtime pay, on-site parking, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
**Responsibilities:**
We are looking for an LPN with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with the elderly. The ideal candidate will have experience performing assessments, planning and implementing care plans, and supervising care staff.
**Qualifications:**
Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program is required, as well as current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC and current CPR and First Aid certification.
**Additional Information:**
The schedule for this position includes 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for day, evening, night shifts, and on-call work. A valid BCCNM Registry Number is required for this position.
