Job Overview

Roll Coal Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Supervisor - Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our trucking fleet.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Drivers: Oversee a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with dispatchers to plan routes, schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and serviced to maintain optimal performance.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance, driver behavior, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
