Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Manager to join our team at IGA. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage the purchasing and inventory of products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Accounting and Cash Handling: Manage the cash handling and accounting processes, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or service department
  • High school diploma or college degree
  • Management experience and knowledge of point of sale computer systems
