Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at KP Building Products. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and process any discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, and ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Collaborative, goal-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, team player, organized, flexibility.
