About the Role:

The University of British Columbia is currently seeking a qualified Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate clinical research protocols within the Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program. This role involves ensuring adherence to and maintenance of protocols, maintaining up-to-date associated documents, and working closely with clinical research staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate clinical research protocols, including Phases I, II, and III chemotherapy studies, hematology studies, bone marrow transplant studies, supportive care studies, and ancillary studies
  2. Ensure adherence to and maintenance of protocols and associated documents
  3. Maintain accurate and timely completion and submission of paper and electronic data capture forms
  4. Work closely with clinical research staff to identify potential study participants and review eligibility criteria

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a relevant technical program or university degree in a related discipline, a minimum of three years of related experience, and a willingness to respect diverse perspectives and enhance one's own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
