We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including checkout workstations and surrounding areas
  • Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and health and safety
  • Perform other related tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the store
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on your feet for long periods, with occasional outdoor work
  • Experience with cash register systems an asset
