Job Summary:

The Healthcare Attendant will provide high-quality patient care and support in a rehabilitation centre and special health institution setting. This role requires a strong focus on client care, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meal trays to patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide support as needed
  • Manage inventory of supplies and maintain a well-stocked environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
