Job Description

Pharma Medica Research Inc. is a Contract Research Organization that strives for innovation and original solutions in a highly regulated and competitive industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery of project progress reports and results to clients, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and other support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinical trial management processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Biopharmaceutics, Lab Operations, and Scientific Affairs, to ensure that projects are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and that all quality assurance procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical trial management role, preferably in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of clinical trial management processes and procedures, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP or CCRP, are an asset.
