Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Purchasing team in coordinating purchasing activities to ensure effective supply chain management.
- Manage purchase orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the purchasing process.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
