The Human Resources and Payroll Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Talent and Culture Team at LeddarTech. This includes managing absence records, producing employment confirmation letters, and maintaining performance indicators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage absence records, parental leave, disability, etc.
  • Produce employment confirmation letters
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with labor legislation

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or payroll management
  • College diploma in administration or accounting
  • Accreditation from Canadian Payroll Association (an asset)
  • Experience with human resources software and Microsoft Office 365
