We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Fleet Dispatcher to join our team at Manitoba Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. This includes maintaining work records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, and performing general office duties.

You will also be required to provide customer service, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, operate radio equipment, and record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that all time sheets, payroll, and other summaries are accurate and complete.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date work records and logs, including personnel workloads and locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Dispatching: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Radio Operation: Operate radio equipment to communicate with personnel in the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
Work Environment

This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
