Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, understanding your guests' needs, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner. This includes:

• Providing quality consultations and recommendations
• Performing haircuts, color treatments, and other services as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Meeting sales targets and promoting additional services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The capacity to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• The ability to stand for long periods and move freely around the salon
• Tolerance for fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
