OT Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Network Security Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company by ensuring the security and integrity of our Operational Technology (OT) systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and ensure compliance with security policies, processes, and standards to build a comprehensive OT security program.
- Configure, test, document, and implement new or upgraded processes, controls, or products as directed.
- Provide research, evaluation, testing, planning, and implementation support for platform changes across all manufacturing sites globally.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity policies and standards related to ICS/SCADA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- 2+ years of experience with systems administration of IT infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity policies and standards related to ICS/SCADA.
- Ability to apply knowledge of Cyber Security to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense/resiliency techniques.
- Knowledge or experience with server virtualization software (VMWare preferred).
- Experience with Firewalls and Networking (Splunk and Palo Alto Networks preferred).
