About the PositionThis role has four direct reports and a total team size of 50-plus individuals. The successful candidate will report to the Co-founder and be a contributing member of the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead the customer success management team and establish services strategy and execution plan.
- Recruit and retain top talent for our technical support and customer success teams.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure internal execution alignment.
