This senior-level position will be responsible for managing and contributing to the overall success of the FX product confirmations and settlements lifecycle, with a strong focus on FX Options product.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive all changes for FX Options and FX products lifecycle with core functional accountabilities in confirmation, settlements, and cash control processes.
- Identify and deconstruct complex business issues, document current-future state processes, and conduct gap analysis.
- Drive and lead the utilities modernization plan and technology transformation through extensive research, analysis, key issues identification, and preparation of compelling strategic recommendations.
- Provide strategic advisory support services to management through participation in multiple forums of key initiatives, engaging in specific work streams of the project.
- Understand and ensure the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Identify and evaluate various automation and technology solutions that improve productivity, cost, service support delivery, capacity, scale, and standardization.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite - Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
