Job Title: General Manager

M KABIR CONTRACTING INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • More than 20 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and judgement.
  • Organized and efficient work style.
Work Environment

M KABIR CONTRACTING INC. offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a large workload. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
