Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for leading our freshness commitment, working independently or as part of a small team to bake each morning, and contributing to a great customer experience. If you have a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our freshness commitment by baking high-quality bread and pastries
  • Work independently or as part of a small team to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Contribute to a great customer experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming bakery environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of baking experience
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg and stand for long periods
