Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a key member of our veterinary specialty team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat cancer in animals using advanced medical oncology techniques
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with other veterinary specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical oncology research and advancements
  • Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in medical oncology or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
