About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Compensation team, you will play a critical role in managing, planning, and executing all tasks related to the annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, short- and long-term incentives, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to establish trust and credibility.
  • Develop, implement, and govern compensation and policies for executives.
  • Participate in salary structure recommendations and job evaluations.
  • Conduct salary surveys to obtain and analyze market data.
  • Manage long-term incentive plans, including grant and vesting, communication, and vendor management.
  • Provide analysis on market data for executive compensation.
  • Prepare Stock Ownership Guidelines statements for senior executives.
  • Support the preparation of the compensation section of the Management Proxy Circular.
Requirements
  • 2-10 years of experience in compensation within a consultancy, corporate office, or multinational company.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in compensation in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
  • Ability to manage projects and improve processes.
  • High-level attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
