Job Title: Embroidery Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embroidery Production Supervisor to join our team at Broadway Contract Embroidery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our embroidery department, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Prepare production reports and summaries
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Operate large automatic multi-needle machines to embroider or sew lengths of material
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Clean and maintain machines and equipment
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a textile manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg
