Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Garrison Green.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our interprofessional health care team to observe, monitor, and report on client status/condition.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver prescribed medications accurately as per policy and procedure.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Responsible for other related duties as required.
- Graduation from Grade 12 is required, plus graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be physically capable of managing the frequent lifting, transferring, and repositioning of clients.
- Active and current registration in the Alberta HCA Directory required.
Carewest Innovative Healthcare offers a competitive salary of $20.77-$26.02 per hour, plus opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
