About the Role:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing items like dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Support the preparation and serving of meals by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Participate in the removal of kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organized.
Requirements:
- You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and willing to learn new skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The working language is English or French, and we offer on-the-job training tailored to your needs.
