**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team at Ontario Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on healthcare data, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with healthcare data systems, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our performance management team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on healthcare data to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data visualizations
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

 

* Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Health Informatics, or a related field

 

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within the healthcare sector

 

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
