  • Revenue Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue, ensuring that it is optimized and aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the transportation team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced trucking company environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation, or business.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
