Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and maintain cranes and other heavy equipment.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience an asset.
Benefits
