Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Recruiting Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to fill various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Posting and Advertising
    • Develop and post job notices and advertisements to attract top candidates
    • Utilize various job boards and recruitment channels to reach a wider audience
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening
    • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, and social media
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role
  • Interviewing and Selection
    • Conduct thorough interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role
    • Make recommendations to hiring managers for final selection
  • Onboarding and Administration
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and benefits enrollment
    • Manage recruitment databases and track candidate progress
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Organized and reliable
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
    • Permanent employment
    • 40 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
