Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Regulatory and Quality to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and regulatory aspects of our actuarial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality actuarial services to clients
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership in the actuarial field
  • Support revenue generation through billable hours and new business development
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in an actuarial role at a life insurance company, consulting firm, or financial services organization
  • Strong technical skills, preferably with experience in Microsoft Excel with VBA, SQL, or R
  • Expertise in financial modeling and leading projects using AXIS software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a local team and coordinate teams across multiple offices
  • Ability to direct work involving technical issues and requiring problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to explain work product, findings, and recommendations to junior colleagues, peers, and clients
What We Offer
