Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Bright Care Cleaners is seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
