Job Title: Electrical Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Alpine West Systems Electrical. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign electrical engineering projects to engineers or other technical workers
  • Consult with clients to determine project needs and requirements
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure project success
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Review electrical engineering projects to approve or recommend changes
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for electrical engineering work
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and ability to understand client needs
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
