Elby Professional Recruitment is searching for a reliable Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Rep to assist with day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in both French and English, as well as handling various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with customer service and administration, and the ability to work independently. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing written and spoken customer service in both languages, as well as handling various office management tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide written and spoken customer service in both French and English.
  • Handle some office management tasks including ordering office items.
  • Generate reports in Excel.
  • Organize weekly shipments.
  • Sort mail and send to 3rd Party.
  • Answer calls and emails.

Requirements
  • MUST BE Bilingual in FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
  • Able to write and speak in FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
  • Experience with customer service and administration required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization.
  • Able to work in office daily.
