Responsibilities:

  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and applicable laws
  • Enforce OBC requirements for new building construction
  • Provide guidance on code interpretations and perform routine and complex building inspections

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or Construction Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in construction and building inspections
  • Ability to apply Ontario Building Code
