Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at Mahamadou Bamba sylla. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Direct traffic at or near the construction site to ensure a safe and efficient flow of vehicles and personnel.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
Work Environment
  • This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Work will be performed in an outdoor environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • English is the primary language used in the workplace.
