Job Summary

The Bakery Supervisor is a key role in our team, responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. This role involves supervising the bakery department and staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and fostering customer loyalty and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager and Assistant to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months of bakery experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Full knowledge of bakery operations and skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
