Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive business growth and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Program Development: Design, plan, and implement key initiatives for customer marketing programs, working closely with the customer success team.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on customers and prospects in addressable markets, supporting the product team on key product differentiators.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement campaigns to reinforce products' unique value propositions, company value, and brand philosophy.

  • Marketing Asset Development: Own, lead, and develop marketing assets for email campaigns, collateral, social posts, event tools, customer surveys, and digital ads.
  • A/B Testing and Performance Initiatives: Coordinate A/B testing and other digital marketing performance initiatives.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain customer and prospecting database, helping to improve segmentation and key personalization criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the customer success team to develop broad customer marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Tech Stack: Set up and maintain key reporting tools.
  • Agency and Freelancer Coordination: Coordinate efforts with third-party agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Content Theme Introduction: Introduce key themes for content to support community and customer success efforts.
  • Sales Qualification Process: Implement a qualification process for sales and business development.
  • Social Media and SEO: Use out-of-the-box content and methods to leverage all social channels and oversee SEO and discoverability efforts to maintain a global footprint.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the software and tech space.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Software and Tech Experience: Experience in software and tech space is an asset (SaaS, B2B, CRM, etc.).
  • Analytical and Project Management Skills: Strong analytical skills and solid project management.
  • Creativity and Campaign Success: Highly creative and diverse campaign success in multiple digital channels and event marketing is a bonus.
  • Non-Profit Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus.
  • Social Media Management: Proficient in social media management, including strategic planning, content development, scheduling, and posting.
