Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Terrassement MRCM Inc. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to meet project demands and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organize and coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, including the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required.
