Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the body shop, including supervising staff, coordinating repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  2. Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  3. Repair Quality Control: Inspect vehicles, write damage appraisals, and ensure that all repairs meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  4. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional results and promote a positive work culture.
  5. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the body shop's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in a collision repair facility, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technicians. Proficiency in estimating software and I-CAR training is an asset.
  3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
