Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mission Liquor Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and respond to customer inquiries
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
