**Responsabilités**

  • Établir et maintenir des relations professionnelles efficaces avec le personnel opérationnel et professionnel à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Comprendre et assimiler les processus commerciaux et opérationnels ainsi que les technologies associées
  • Formuler des recommandations pertinentes et accomplir les tâches de manière efficace
  • Effectuer des analyses coûts-avantages et proposer des recommandations sur les solutions technologiques adaptées à l'entreprise
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les collègues et les dirigeants de l'entreprise pour comprendre les défis et les besoins opérationnels
  • Travailler en partenariat avec les spécialistes des applications et les développeurs pour identifier et évaluer les solutions possibles
  • Assurer la coordination et la communication entre les services informatiques et les autres départements
  • Planifier, superviser et diriger des projets de petite à moyenne envergure jusqu'à leur achèvement
