We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Advisor Life Health to join our team at RBC Insurance. As an accredited Insurance Advisor Life Health & Wealth, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver valuable solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice
  • Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients at their convenience
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools
  • Contribute to team sales success through individual sales goals and external network development
  • Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet established targets
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete
  • 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence
  • Digital literacy using various systems and tools
