Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at IMP Aerostructures. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all aircraft components are properly maintained and repaired.
- Conduct regular inspections of aircraft components to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly coordinated and that all necessary resources are available.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- 3-4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Industrial Mechanic (millwright) Red Seal Certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
