We are seeking a highly skilled Radiopharmaceuticals Specialist to join our team at Quinte Health.
Job Summary: As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceutical materials to patients or biological samples.
About the Role: This is a full-time position with a 30-37.5 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceutical materials to patients or biological samples.
- Perform diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials on biological specimens.
- Record and process patient data.
- Provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination.
Requirements:
- Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.
- Certification by a provincial or territorial association.
