Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Member to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:
Marble Slab Creamery is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
