About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AAA Strata Cleaning Co. as a Building Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Stocking and Organization: Stock linen closets and ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stored and organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in apartment/condominium complexes or cleaning service companies is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
