Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, planning and organizing the movement of supplies and materials, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of all logistics activities.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on logistics-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
