Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring accurate assessment, communication, and treatment to facilitate goal attainment.
  • Lead clients through hands-on treatment, providing written reports as required, and ensuring all documentation meets College standards.
  • Contribute to the clinic team through collaboration, demonstrating passion for the work and using good judgment and integrity in decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and act as a mentor for student placements.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of BC.
  • Passionate about the profession and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and analysis.
  • Experience in the private sector.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic with an effective ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Professional and mature approach to patient care at all times.
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy Degree Program.
  • Interest in Sports Therapy an asset.
  • CPR minimum level C required.
  • Minimum availability of 4 days/week or 25 hours/week.
  • Flexibility with your schedule to accommodate the needs of our patients.
