Overview of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading beauty retailer and contribute to the success of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent development, operations management, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Development: Develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy, working closely with the Store Director and Education partners.
  • Performance Management: Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports, oversee the process for the entire store, and ensure timely feedback for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the operations of the store, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards, manage inventory, and complete tasks within company guidelines and timeframes.
  • Team Leadership: Attract and identify talented store leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Compensation Package

  • A comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation, ranging between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500.
