Job Title: Truck Driver

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes. Your primary duties will include operating and maintaining a Class AZ licensed vehicle, loading and unloading goods, and adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain Class AZ licensed vehicles to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met, including hours of service and vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle condition and ensure safety.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • Valid Class AZ license.
  • Excellent driving record and defensive driving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, as required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use logistics software.
