Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the team on SRE practices and technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives.
  • Infrastructure Management
    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
    • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Automation and Process Improvement
    • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline processes.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise
    • Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower / Ansible Automation Platform.
    • Hands-on experience with a variety of SRE languages and tools (i.e., Ansible, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, PagerDuty).
    • Hands-on experience in Software Engineering (SDLC, Architecture, Design, Development).
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
